To understand what it means to be bullied in the hospital, you should read the history of the doctor wrote in 2001 for „Internal Medicine“. Incredibly, since what is happening among the „gods in white“. But our politicians have always been closed only a blind eye.

While reading my story might seem to be funny, maybe it does not happen so much evil. Maybe some think I was the bully. I notice there are not the words that hurt me. It was the rejection of myself, as I’m like that I felt. Unfortunately, it’s just who has understood this system, looks for another job quickly. The good ones go, the others remain. Unfortunately, we lack from the different working and living areas of many such stories, because then you would understand in all sectors of society, why bullying is so dangerous and hurtful. Time that many fear store and tell.

Gerade die Zunahme von Schikanen, Psychoattacken und Mobbingaktionen im öffentlichen und privaten Sektor der Wirtschaft hat ver.di nun gezwungen, sich mit dem Thema Mobbing näher zu beschäftigen. Im Bezirk Mülheim-Oberhausen wird zum ersten Mal von einer Gewerkschaft ein „Hilfering für Betroffene organisiert“. (1)

>>Wir beobachten, dass das Phänomen Mobbing und kritische Auseinandersetzungen am Arbeitsplatz zunehmen, sagte am Donnerstag Detlef Schmidt, im Verdi-Bezirk zuständig für den Rechtsschutz. Die Ausmaße seien mittlerweile erschreckend, die Arbeitsfähigkeit von betroffenen Mitarbeitern sei auf Dauer gefährdet. Auswirkungen des Mobbings könnten gar bis zum Selbstmord reichen.(1)



Nur dieser Krieg am und um den Arbeitsplatz hat schon die letzten 20 Jahre zugenommen, und die Gewerkschaften, insbesondere ver.di hat da immer gerne weggeschaut. So lange es mich nicht betrifft kenne ich das Problem nicht, war die Parole der Funktionäre. Von daher ist die Initiative zu begrüßen, sie ist aber nicht mal eine kleine Insel im Meer der Mobbinglandschaft Deutschland aber der berühmte Tropefn Wasser auf den heißen Stein vielleicht.

Mobbingfälle wie die von Jörg Hensel, Rainer Beutler, Simon D., Detlef Lengsfeld,  Athur K., Daniel P, Milan P. usw. belegen, dass Gewerkschaften nicht handeln oder oft noch grausamer mobben als viele andere Täter. Der aktuelle Fall von Michael Semenow belegen dies auf erschreckende Weise. (2)

Und von daher stellen sich an die Gewerkschaftsbewegung viele Fragen. Ja, brauchen wir überhaupt noch Gewerkschaften mit dem „Einheitsmerkmal“? Denn die Lage vor Ort ist noch erschreckender wie dies Detlef Schmidt beschreibt:

– Betriebsräte ob gewerkschaftlich organsiert oder nicht mobben heute genauso wie alle anderen Täter

– Betriebsräte in den Unternehmen und die Personalräte schlagen schon lange nicht mehr Alarm wenn Eine oder Einer fertig gemacht werden.

– Gewerkschaften entziehen Mitglieder die notwendige rechtliche Unterstützung vor den Gerichten

– Der DGB hält es nicht einmal für notwendig eine Veranstaltung der Bundesregierung zu Mobbing in Berlin 2008 zu besuchen, obwohl dort Gäste aus fast allen Ländern der Welt über das Theme sich austauschten. Nicht einmal fünf Minuten Fußweg schafft heute ein Gewerkschaftsfunktionär aus der Kaste um Sommer und Co mehr.

– Bisher hat der DGB nicht einmal eine Zusammenstellung der verschieden Antimobbinggesetze aus unseren europäischen Nachbarländern und deren rechtlichen Umgang mit Mobbing zustande gebracht. Alleine diese Tatsache spricht schon Bände. Will man sich überhaupt aus der Funtionärsebene der Gewerkschaftbewegung gegen Mobbing wehren oder ist man nicht viel lieber bereit mitzumobben, so lange man dadurch seinen Vorteil hat?

– Schöffen vor den Arbeitsgerichten sind aus allen Gewerkschaften mit in den Gerichtssälen wenn Mobbingopfer mit wehenden Fahnen untergehen, weil Arbeitsrichter und Konsorten wie Noujoks kein Einhalt geboten wird.

Zu Recht verweist daher Leymann schon früh auf  das Problem der Definition von Mobbing und Bullying hin, ein Thema das bis heute der Gewerkschaft noch völlig fremd ist, obwohl wir mit Cybermobbing eine neue Qualität der „asozialen Täter“ im Umgang mit ihren Opfern erreicht haben.

Von daher muss sowohl eine Gewerkschaft wie verdi und der DGB insgesamt zuersteinmal sich mit dem aktuellen Stand der Mobbinglandschaft, den Inhalten und den Aktivitäten von Mobbingforschern beschäftigen, damit solche gut gemeinten „Hilfering für Betroffene“ nicht zu den üblichen Selbstbemitleidungsgruppen im „Krieg an und um den Arbeitsplatz“ verkommen. Damit ist heute niemand geholfen, egal wie gut seine Handlungen und Ratschläge gemeint sein mögen.



2009 wäre nun endlich mal die Wendemarke für die Gewerkschaften sich offensiv mit dem Thema Mobbing zu beschäftigen und dann die notwendigen programmtischen Schritte einzuleiten. Doch davon sind wir noch Lichtjahre entfernt und die Gewerkschaften mit ihrer Liebe zum Funktionärskastenwesen sind da für die Mobbingopfer mehr Feind als Freund.
