IG-Metall mood was against bullying and suicide victims, Michael Semenov

Outcry in the country of work

At VW, perhaps the bullying system from Hesse is just like that of discounters Aldi, the food, but obviously with a more brutal form of employee harassment, if the union is on board. Just bullying victims and Detlef Lengsfeld, Rainer Beutler, Milna Petrovic and now the suicide victim Michael Semenov effectively prove the union at VW bullying (4).

From the field of stewards of the IG-Metall at VW we have received the following opinion, and present Potalivo Antonino, a colleague of Michael Semenov. Thereafter, even in public the „dignity of Mr Michael Semenov attacked. Who mails sent this way, the need to know what this could have consequences for (1).

The news of the Michael’s death Semenova„Has made us all concerned. „I find it scandalousThat a man is so driven into a corner and myself know of no other way out than suicide. By far the greater scandal to me is that I of the Suicide of the colleague by you (Detlef Lengsfeld and bullying Gegner.de hear) and not the trust body of the IG-Metall.

For background

: To 22 06th this year has been distributed through the usual multipliers (stewards of the IGM) in the VW plant Wolfsburg mail. Contents of this mail: Report on a mirror-a South American journey from Colleagues Patta and a statement by the spokesman and an auditor of the IGM. Both attest to Mr Patta impeccable behavior.

At the same time is reported in epic about the failings of „Mr Semenov. According to my estimates, the stewards of the IGM alone in Wolfsburg about 35,000 VW employees have been reached.

In commenting on a pending (!) Process is Michael Semenov so publicly just made that for me the impression that here was a response by Michael Semenov provoked be. The fact that the colleague should be driven to death, and can assume I will not. I’m even assume that those responsible would act differently in retrospect.

For bullying victims is clear, must be created here by the IG-Metall clarity about the events, which is run out there when it comes to such a mail campaign. Even VW and the supervisory board of VW group seated state government of Lower Saxony, in the person of the Prime Minister of the CDU are required, as all parties in Parliament. Our Basic Law is clearly there, the „dignity of man and his health are“ inviolable and protected, why has this not happened in the fall of Michael Semenov? (3)

Views expressed sorrow and solidarity with the union representatives from VW as Antonino Potalivo are certainly appropriate and desirable, therefore, the publication of the address. Even opponents of bullying should not be excluded, as Detlef Lengsfeld bullying and his case has still not been resolved by VW. Only the general public can help here, both in Detlef Lengsfeld as well as Michael Semenov.

Summary: I suggest keeping the word bullying for activities between children and teenagers at school and reserving the word mobbing for adult behavior at workplaces. I also suggested to point out, in articles and books, what other terminology is been used in related research areas in order to serve the reader. IGM-Metall-Wolfsburg mobbt und bespitzelt Betriebsrat?

Die Autostadt in Wolfsburg ist eine VW-Tochter und durch den Mobbingfall Detelef Lengsfeld seit Jahren im Gespräch. Offenbar hat man dort eine naujokssche Auffassung vom Betriebsklima. Doch nicht nur die Geschäftsleitung ist an den Betriebsverhältnissen schuld, auch die Geschäftsstelle der IGM-Metall mit ihrem Vertreter Frank Patta sind mitverantwortlich.

Nun hat sich der Betriebsratsvorsitzende Willi Giebel aus der Autostadt an den IGM-Chef  Huber gewandt und ist über den Spiegel vom 07.12.09 damit auch an die Öffentlichkeit gegangen(3). Sein Anliegen ist es, die Machenschaften des Leiters der Verwaltungsstelle Wolfsburg der IGM, einem Herrn Frank Patta  zu unterbinden und die Kollegen vor Ort zu schützen.  

So hat sich jetzt der Betriebsratsschef Willi Giebel an den IGM-Metall Boss Huber gewandt. Erschienen ist der Brandbrief  im Spiegel, zu groß ist das Anliegen von Giebel, als das man es „gütlich“ beilegen könnte, dazu hat Patta zu viel Dreck am Stecken und der Freitod von IGM-Metall-Kassierer Michael Semenow ist auch noch nicht aufgeklärt. Der Verdacht des „Mobbing“ durch die IGM-Metall Wolfsburg liegt Nahe.

Mein Büro, oder wenn man am Arbeitsplatz bespitzelt wird

Patta hat im Fall des Suizids des Vertrauensmann Michael Semenow und IGM-Kassierer schon eine unrühmliche Rolle gespielt.(1) Die Vertrauensleute bei VW und Antonino Potalivo (2),  haben dies auch nochmals klar zum Ausdruck gebracht. Und nun der Versuch von Patta, einem ihm unliebsamen, bei den Kollgen geschätzten Betriebsratsvorsitzenden zu kippen und aus dem Betriebsrat und der IGM-Verwaltungsstelle zu mobben.

So hat Willi Giebel in drei Jahren zum Beispiel den gewerkschaftlichen Organisationsgrad von 25 auf 50 % bei der Autostadt angehoben, Patta nennt das „Methoden einer Drückerkolonne“.  Willi Giebel kann auch nachweisen, dass Frank Patta und somit die Verwaltungsstelle der IGM „Beschäftigten der Autostadt in Konfliktsituationen den gewerkschaftlichen Rechtsschutz“ verweigerte. Der Mobbingfall Detlef Lengsfeld sei hier nur als ein Beispiel angeführt.(4)

Patta pflegt wohl ein „Diskussionsklima und eine Handlungskultur“, die von „Misstrauen und Neid“ geprägt ist. Das Misstrauen ist so groß, dass der „VW-Werkschutz vergangene Woche Giebels Büro auf Wanzen und Fingerabdrücke durchsuchte“(3). So was innerhalb einer Gewerkschaft zeigt schon, welche Kultur in Wolfsburg bei der IG-Metall vorherrschen muss.

Aufschrei im Land der Arbeit

Aus dem Bereich der Vertrauensleute der IG-Metall bei VW  haben wir folgende Stellungnahme und Darstellung von Antonino Potalivo erhalten, einem Kollegen von Michael Semenow. Danach wurde sogar in aller Öffentlichkeit die „Würde des Kollegen Michael Semenow“ angegriffen. Wer Mails dieser Art verschickt, der muss wissen was das für Folgen haben kann.(1)

Die „Nachricht vom Tod Michael Semenow´s“ hat uns alle betroffen gemacht. „Ich finde es skandalös, dass ein Mensch derartig in die Enge getrieben wird und selber keinen anderen Ausweg mehr weiß, als sich umzubringen. Der weitaus größere Skandal ist für mich, dass ich von dem Freitod des Kollegen von Ihnen (Detlef Lengsfeld und dem Mobbing-Gegner.de) höre und nicht vom Vertrauenskörper der IG-Metall.

Wohin?

Zum Hintergrund

Um den 22. 06. diesen Jahres wurde über die üblichen Multiplikatoren (Vertrauensleute der IGM) im VW-Werk Wolfsburg eine Mail verteilt. Inhalt dieser Mail: ein Spiegel-Bericht über eine Südamerika- Reise vom Kollegen Patta und eine Stellungnahme des Pressesprechers und eines Revisors der IGM. Beide bescheinigen dem Kollegen Patta tadelloses Verhalten.

Gleichzeitig wird in epischer Breite über die Verfehlungen des „Herrn Semenow“ berichtet. Nach meinen Schätzungen dürften über die Vertrauensleute der IGM allein in Wolfsburg ca. 35000 VW-Mitarbeiter erreicht worden sein.

Bürostreit.

In der Stellungnahme zu einem schwebenden(!) Verfahren wird Michael Semenow derart öffentlich bloß gestellt, dass bei mir der Eindruck entsteht, hier sollte eine Reaktion von Michael Semenow provoziert werden. Dass der Kollege in den Tod getrieben werden sollte, kann und will ich nicht unterstellen. Ich gehe sogar davon aus, dass die Verantwortlichen im Rückblick anders handeln würden.

Aber: Eine Entschuldigung an die Hinterbliebenen und speziell an die Ehefrau Michael Semenows ist das Mindeste. Und zwar über dieselben Verteiler, die vorher genutzt wurden um den Kollegen Semenow in einem besonders schlechten Licht darzustellen.

Die seltsame Zurückhaltung im Fall Volkert („Wir beteiligen uns nicht an Vorverurteilungen“) haben die Kollegen hier nicht an den Tag gelegt. Leider.

P.S.: Ich finde Ihr (Detlef Lengsfeld und der Mobbing-Gegner.de) Engagement für Mobbing-Opfer richtig gut.

Für Mobbingopfer wird klar, hier muss von der IG-Metall Klarheit über die Vorgänge geschaffen werden, was ist dort abgelaufen, wenn es einer zu solchen Mailaktion kommt. Auch VW und die im Aufsichtsrat des VW-Konzern sitzende Landesregierung von Niedersachsen in der Person des Ministerpräsidenten von der CDU sind gefordert, wie alle Parteien im Landtag. Unser Grundgesetz ist da eindeutig, die „Würde des Menschen und seine Gesundheit“ sind unantastbar und zu schützen, warum ist dies im falle von Michael Semenow nicht geschehen? (3)

Beileidsbekundungen und Solidaritätsaufrufe mit den Vertrauensleuten von VW wie Antonino Potalivo sind sicherlich angebracht und erwünscht, von daher auch die Veröffentlichung der Anschrift. Auch der Mobbing-Gegner sollte nicht ausgegrenzt werden, da Detlef Lengsfeld und sein Mobbingfall immer noch nicht von VW geklärt worden ist. Nur eine breite Öffentlichkeit kann hier helfen, sowohl bei Detlef Lengsfeld als auch bei Michael Semenow.
